In the context of the above verses if we have a look to whome ALLAH is addressing that they are Deaf, dumb and blind, the people to whom ALLAH is addressing in these verses they had ears, they also had tongue & they also had eyes so how come they be Deaf, dumb and blind, Brothers and Sisters today in this modern era i would like to tell u those who beleive in just science they will say we have only the external vision and there is no concept of acquiring knowledge internally but it is indeed an incapacity to receive knowledge internally and hence they are blind according to Quran Our Hearts Can See & Understand When Allah Gives Us Light/Noor In The Heart & ALLAH Guides With His Noor Whom So Ever He Wishes To Guide, and those who have no light/noor will say what rubbish how can the heart see meaning they are disbeleiving in ALLAH.
Your heart is a very precious thing given by ALLAH it can tell u what is right and what is wrong and you should submit your will to ALLAH instead of his creation to attain the peace of the heart & gain spirituality & light/noor, It is only when you submit your will to ALLAH then ALLAH will guide you to the right path and all other then ALLAH will lead you to disasters in this life and the Akhira.

Question? How to get noor , guess what it is'nt sold in the stock market...brother's & sisters I would suggest you to turn the pages of the history & try to find out who were the people who had light/noor & upon whom ALLAH showered his blessings.
And they thought there would be no [resulting] punishment, so they became
blind and deaf. Then Allah turned to them in forgiveness; then [again] many of them became
blind and deaf. And Allah is Seeing of what they do.
